There is a new club at Gateway Technical College and they are making waves! The club is N9GTC Amateur Radio Club.
They are finding out how to talk around the world for free and not pay a phone bill or be tethered to a computer. It is called Amateur Radio and it is cool. The club advisor is Pat Hoppe, a long time operator and advocate to help people find cool careers.
